Query

With this feature...	Do this...
Find All	Click to select the database to search. AccuMap includes databases for facilities, fields, land, and more. You can only query one database at a time, but you can save the results to separate lists and attach them to the same map, or place the individual query results from the different queries alongside each other in the same DataCard. Open Layers files appear at the bottom of the drop-down list following the separator.
Filter Data Fields	Type the adjacent characters that appear in the desired data field name to display items with any of those matching adjacent characters in the Data Fields group which appears below the Filter Data Fields box. Click X to the right of the Filter Data Fields box to clear the filter.
Region	Select from the following to search within: List - include or exclude the items that appear in one or more list files from the query. Map Annotation - an area described by any polygon or circle annotation. Map Screen - the current map extents. User Layers - a layer that appears in the My Layers group of the Layer Legend.
Data Fields (Attribute Selector pane)	Select a data field to populate the Criteria Selector pane, which appears to the right of the Attribute Selector pane with text boxes, buttons, and drop-down lists with which you build the query string.
Criteria Selector pane	The options that appear in this pane depend on the data fields selected in the Attribute Selector pane to the left. For example, data fields with specific attributes associated offer controls so that you can select an item directly from the database. Data fields that are associated with a calendar date include a mini calendar control in the drop-down list. Data fields that include free-form text include a text box in which you type the partial text to match. For definitions of the numerical operators (=, <=, etc.) see Numerical Operators.
Add \| Append \| Replace	Click one of the following options: Append - attach the criteria formulated above to the criteria currently selected in the Query Builder pane with an AND Boolean operator. Only criteria from the same data field can be appended. When criteria is appended, the controls appear at the bottom of the Criteria Selector pane, with which criteria can be navigated and deleted. Replace - replace the criteria currently selected in the Query Builder pane with the criteria currently in the Criteria Selector pane. Add - attach the criteria formulated above to the bottom of the Query Builder pane connected to the existing query string with an AND Boolean operator.
Run Query	Click to display the Query results for... dialog box, where you view the outcome statistics on your query, set up how the results are displayed on the map, and more. When the query is run, this button is re-labelled Query Results and a drop-down button appears on the right of the button that you click to Rerun the query if the query string has not changed.

Add | Append | Replace
