Viewing License and Usage Information

Determine the number of base licenses, which enable users to log onto AccuMap, and the number of licenses for specific data sets in various provinces, territories, and states. If you have a limited number of data set licenses, determine which users are currently using them and if they're not actively using it, they can release the license.

Phone or email to notify users to toggle their license access. AccuMap doesn't provide a direct way to contact other AccuMap users.

To view license and usage information

Using the Ribbon toolbar, with the File tab displayed, click Licensing and then Usage Information ().

The License/Usage Information dialog box appears.

Using the Your Access tab, for data sets with a status of Full (), contact one of the users so that they can click the same cell in their License/Usage dialog box to change the status from Accessed () to Available (), at which point you click the cell to inherit their license.

Using the Main Ribbon toolbar, click Tools and then Who's using AccuMap ().

The AccuMap License Monitor dialog box appears.

Using the Query tab, select the check box for a given module(s) (Land, Production, etc.), and your data vendor (ACD or IPL) to see who's currently accessing it.
Double-click the row in which a given user appears to display the Users Summary window, which shows the various modules they're currently using.
