Viewing Production Summary Charts

The Prod Summary tab displays a cumulative production bar chart that enables you to summarize production for either the last 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or for the first 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, or 36 months.

For period production, certain ratios are calculated and shown on the Production Summary Card as gas-oil ratio (GOR) and water-gas ratio (WGR) bar charts, and as a water cut percentage (WCT%) pie chart when the oil production for the selected period is greater than 0.0. Average daily production rates based on the number of producing hours are also indicated.

AccuMap also displays a production card for fresh water, lake, river, and test wells, which are sometimes used as source wells. This only applies to wells with tops drilled to depths greater than 200 ft. The first letter of the well type (for example, F for fresh water, L for lake) appears at the beginning of the UWI for such wells.

To view production data summarized for several wells, with the wells selected in the Data Navigator pane, click Group Wells () in the DataCard tab. When Group Wells is enabled, only the cumulative production bar chart appears. The period production bar chart isn't displayed.

To view production summary charts

With a DataCard for the desired well or pool displayed, click the Prod Summary tab.
To display cumulative production for multiple wells, select the wells in the Data Navigator pane, and then click Group Wells ().

The Prod Summary tab appears.

Click Setup in the top right of the Production Summary tab to configure the colors and Y axis maximum values.
Using the Production Summary Charts Setup dialog box that appears, select the Bar and Pie Colors pane select the default bar colors, and using the column with the bolded header, which indicates the units in which data in the DataCard is currently displayed, select the maximum values of the Y axis. The above configuration is saved when you close the DataCard and AccuMap.

Using the Show Production for Period of: pane, select whether to project out from the start of production, or project in from the end of production, and then drag the slider to change the range of time leading from or up to the point you defined.
Hover the cursor over a bar to highlight the bar and click to display the Y maximum value of that bar.
