Extractor

The Extractor tab provides tools to extract data from a specified archive folder using a list of UWIs.

To extract data

1. In LOGarc Utilities, select the Extractor tab.
2. Browse to or enter the following locations

Archive Folder—source of zipped, original LAS files

Directory Output—destination of the extracted files

UWI File—text file with list of UWIs

3. Select Canada or USA as the data source
4. Select from the following additional options

Delete Originals—deletes the original data after it has been successfully extracted and saved to the output location

UnZip file—unzips the LAS file from the extracted folder

Extract Zip Only—extracts the folder but leaves the LAS file zipped

Delete zip after unzip—deletes the zip folder after the LAS file has been extracted

5. Click Go to continue.
