Dietz-MBH Analysis

This analysis is used to determine the final average reservoir pressure for a buildup / falloff test. It is based on the Dietz-MBH shape factor method that requires permeability (k), skin (s'), reservoir shape, and drainage area (A) as inputs.

The permeability (k) and skin (s') are obtained from a radial analysis and reservoir shape and drainage area are specified. Using this information, a vertical model is used along with a material balance equation to rigorously solve for the final average reservoir pressure.
