Working with Show Manager
Show Manager arranges all cross section objects in a tree interface where you select which objects or groups of objects to display in the cross section:
Grouped by type. For example, all tops grouped under the Tops category.
Grouped by parent object. For example, individual tops grouped only under the wells in which they appear. This is labeled View Objects by Composition in the Show Manager dialog box. Data is presented in the Explorer Bar in a similar fashion to how it is presented in the Show Manager: View Objects by Composition view.
Objects grouped under a parent object, such as tracks that appear within a well, are controlled by that parent. So, if you hide a well, all components within that well (tracks, tops, annotations, well reports, and so on) are also hidden. When a parent is hidden, a gray box appears beside all its dependants in Show Manager and they are inactive until the parent is re-enabled.
Show Manager overrides well and cross section settings, so if you specify to show log headers in the Preferences dialog box, you can still hide them using Show Manager.
The Show Manager pane can be positioned along the right or left edge of the main work area, or can be set to float outside of the main AccuLogs window.
