Set the scale and location exactly as you want the default map to appear for all EDIN Desktop users the next time they launch EDIN Desktop, and then publish the map.
To publish the map
1. Use the Zoom and Pan commands in the toolbar above the map to set the location and scale of the default map as you want it to appear for all EDIN Desktop users.
2. Right-click Company Layers in the Layer Legend, and from the shortcut menu, click Publish.
