Populating the Analytical Model

Once the model is created, you need to populate all required parameters.

Note:   Some of the model parameters (i.e., initial pressure, fluid saturations, net pay etc.) are already specified in the Properties Editor.

To populate the analytical model:

1. Copy parameters from the Properties Editor to the model by clicking the Defaults icon () on the toolbar; then select Reservoir from the drop-down list.

2. Copy all available parameters from the previously made analysis by clicking the Defaults icon () again, and selecting the appropriate analysis.

3. Or, if you want to copy only one parameter from the analysis, click the View Defaults and Limits button to the right of the field. Select the appropriate values and then click the Accept button.

Note that parameters copied from the reservoir or analysis are shown in a gray font. This indicates that they match the default. You can type new values for any parameter, or change values for some parameters by moving elements of the schematic. Parameters, which do not match the default, will be shown in a black font.
