Launching an Entity for Analysis

In order to create worksheets and analyze well data in Harmony, you must first launch an entity, which opens that entity in the Analysis tab. The tab name changes to the name of the entity, and displays the available worksheet thumbnails. You can also click the Editors tab in the row below.

You can launch entities from the Entity Viewer - Hierarchy / Custom Groups panes and from the GIS map.

Location Method of Launching Notes

Entity Viewer
  • Double-click an entity (well or group) name.
  • Right-click an entity and select Analyze.
  • Mouse over an entity name; then click the blue arrow () that is displayed.

You can launch any single entity that exists in the viewer. This includes a group, well, layer, etc.

GIS map
  • Double-click an entity.
  • Right-click an entity; select its analysis; then select Analyze.

You can only launch a well from the GIS map.

Surveillance Pane
  • Double-click an entity (well or group) name.
  • Right-click an entity and select Analyze.
  • Mouse over an entity name; then click the blue arrow () that is displayed. (If this is the first time that the entity is being analyzed, you'll have to select your analysis type after clicking the blue arrow.)
