About Working with Single Wells

Topics in this help book deal with tasks you perform on specific well logs. To apply changes to an entire cross section, refer to topics in the Working with Cross Sections book.

The Global Petrophysical Settings dialog box controls the constants and cutoffs for all well logs. Change parameters for specific wells using the Single Well Properties dialog box instead.

Note: Settings in the Global Petrophysical Settings dialog box are not applied to individual well logs that were changed using the Single Well Properties dialog box provided the associated "Protected" checkbox is selected in the Single Well Properties dialog box.
