Printing Cross Sections with Maps

When printing cross sections with maps on large plotter-style printers, select options so that before printing, the document is processed by the computer and not the printer.

Also, when working in Project mode, ensure the Map > Change View Factor option is set to 100%.

To print cross sections with maps

1. From the Cross Sec menu, select Properties ().

The Cross Section/Single Log View Common Properties: Datum/Space dialog box appears.

2. Select the Options tab, select print with map, and then click OK.

Note: It’s often helpful to print a legend with your cross section by selecting show legend in the Cross Section/Single Log Viewer Common Properties dialog box.

3. Right-click the cross section and from the shortcut menu, select Print Setup.

4. From the Print Setup dialog box click Properties and select the Advanced options.

5. Select the Process document in Computer option and then click OK to print.
