You can add Z values to areas lacking data to improve gridding accuracy.

To create Z Values
1. Click isoline () in the Standard toolbar.

2. Click to define a series of points at which to add Z values and double-click to select the final point. |
The Masked User Isoline/Gridnode
dialog box appears.
3. Type a Z value to apply to all of the data points and then click OK.

4. To hide the isoline and Z values, do one of the following:
In the left toolbar, click
the AccuX Vision (
) button and clear the Post
User Z checkbox.
From the Map menu, select Properties to display the Map Properties dialog box, and then select the labels tab and clear show masked gridding points.
