use digital log only to download digital logs. You can download
raster logs later.
if no digits, use raster log to download and digitize raster
logs when no digital logs exist.
if no digits, use raster log without digitizing to download
raster logs when no digital logs exist.
only use raster without digitizing to only download raster logs.
only use raster and digitize while loading to download and digitize
only raster logs.
